One of eight children from good parents who taught us the value of hard work, I mostly grew up in Louisiana in a rural setting where we had cattle, horses, rabbits, chickens and gardening. From a young age, I knew that I wanted to be a lawyer so I attended Louisiana State University for my B.S. in Business and Paul M. Hebert Law Center for my Juris Doctor.
My first visit to Colorado was when I was in high school and fell in love with Colorado. Later, while attending LSU, I started skiing the Colorado slopes and was finally able to move to Colorado in the late 90's. My best friend and wife Jutathip works with me and when we are not working, we enjoy backpacking, hiking, snowshoeing, photography and cooking.
