Colorado's brokerage, real estate law, title and closing process is overwhelming, not transparent and communication can be lacking leaving clients in the dark and not knowing if the work is being performed correctly and on time.

Home sellers and buyers deserve more than just a "good agent" to help them find buyers for their listings and homes to buy. Critical stages from contract negotiation through closing determine success or failure. The education, licensing, experience and ethics of the agent determines whether the agent is truly able to protect the client's best interests.
Just as one example, regarding ethics, unlike many real estate agents, I will not represent clients as a "Transaction Broker".
Note: I always recommend to my clients that they also engage the services of a real estate attorney for their real estate transactions. If they do not, I feel good that they have a real estate agent with past real estate law, title, title insurance and closing experience to better serve and protect them.
